About Us
Andrew Kirk, our owner, started out as mild mannered chimney sweep back in 1989. He then apprenticed with two master masons over the next five years before going into business for himself in 1995.
Since then, Andrew has worked on numerous projects, both residential and commercial. Ranging from the restoration of historical churches to intricate brick and stone designs featured in the local Kirkland newspaper showcasing the artistry of an old installation technique that uses clinker brick and stone called "Peanut Brittle". The article is called "Jeff's Garage", you've got to see it to believe it!
Here at Brick by Brick we take pride in being enviornmentally conscious. When you choose us for your project you can rest assured we do everything possible to be "Green". We use specially made dust collectors to reduce the air bourne contaminants released during the grinding process, we recycle all our masonry debris and are lead certified.
Brick by Brick also believes in giving back to the community in the form of volunteer work and donation. Andrew volunteers each week as a games leader for a group of about 60 youth, and has donated masonry services to their annual auction to raise money for summer camps and programs.
The most important thing to know about us is that YOU are our #1 concern. We believe word of mouth is our best advertising and strive for your 100% satisfaction!
